First Night Celebration ,  traditionally, \December 31st in Riverfront Park.

 

NOTE THE CITY OF COCOA APPEARS TO HAVE DISCONTINUED FAMILY NIGHT AS for 2011, no fireworks and no family event in riverfront park for new years eve is happening.

APOLOGIES TO THOSE WHO READ HERE AND OTHER WEBSITES LIKE THE BREVARD TOURISM DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE THAT IT WAS STILL SUPPORTED

WE HAD TRIED TO VERIFY CALLING OFFICES OF THE CITY BUT DO TO A MISCOMUNICATION SOME OFFICES THOUGHT THE EVENT WAS STILL SUPPORTED. We regret the city did not post on their website that they discontinued this event nor clarify with their departments.

Also other establishments other cities like Cocoa Beach reported fireworks in cocoa village for new years... this is not so.
