Chuck Reed called to confirm that this picture was of the boarding house that use to be on the corner of Derby and Brevard Ave. He recalled that during the late 30's and the war years it was operated by Mrs. Virginia Hibbs. She had two sons, Harold and Robert that he went to Cocoa High School with. It may not have been torn down till the 60's? It was not uncommon for places to be named after other locations to attract business. For example another boarding house in Cocoa of the same time was called the Ohio House.
