  • On February 16, just in time for Valentines Day, local yoga studio, The Zen Room, will host a workshop especially for couples. “It’s a great way to get in touch with your partner,” explains Cathy Johnson, “and it’s fun way to celebrate Valentines Day.” The workshop starts with a soothing, gentle, and invigorating partner yoga sequence, and then follows up with instruction on how to give and receive a full body, clothed Thai Yoga Massage. Each partner will have a turn to give and also receive the massage. Yoga and Thai Massage compliment one another, allowing for a whole body treat. The workshop is suitable for almost anyone, even if you have never been to a yoga class or given massage. For more information, contact Cathy Johnson of The Zen Room at 321-544-8541 or visit the new website www.thezenroom.info.
